This item is intended for consumption and is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

Where a refund is available, once the returned product has been inspected for damage or signs of being used, a refund will be processed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds are paid back via your original payment option. If this is not possible, then the refund amount will be put onto a Play Paws Empawrium Gift card, which can be spent in our shop in Alresford, Essex or our Mobile shop.

It is recommended that your dog is supervised with all treats & snacks and ensure fresh drinking water is readily available.

Play Paws Empawrium accepts no liability or responsibility for this product or how it is used in cases of damage or injury to you, your dog or your property.

When this product gets small enough to become a potential choking hazard, it should be removed from play and discarded.

This product should be given as a treat or reward and should be fed responsibly as part of a nutritionally balanced diet.

We recommend giving your dog natural treats with a Fat Content of 10% and under as part of a varied and well-balanced diet.

A Treat should be the size of your fingernail on your little finger!

Any treat larger than this is considered a snack!

It is recommended that if you give your dog a large snack, like this product, you should reduce their daily food intake to help maintain your dog’s health and a well-balanced diet.

Some dogs may have an upset stomach, not because of what they have eaten, but by how much they have eaten.

Please bear in mind that the size of the snack is relative to the size of your dog.

Please note any treat containing bone carries a risk of splintering, although air dried bones minimise this.

It is recommended that you give this product to your dog as a reward; either to make a potentially negative situation positive, or for a limited amount of time.

For example, let your dog have this product for 10-15mins then swop it for one single treat (remember; a treat should be the size of your little finger nail and no bigger!). Hide this product so your dog can not see or smell it. By doing this and not leaving it with your dog or just putting it in a toy box, you are making this product ‘special’ and your dog is more likely to want it next time.

Another example is, if you put your dog in their crate when you are eating as a family, give your dog this product every time this happens so this makes this negative experience become positive. Your dog will be excited to get into their crate as they know they get this product each time.
